Topic | Amending a FORM A Application |
Purpose | An applicant can amend an application in order to remove, change or update the initial information provided when the application was created.

Use-Case Scenario |
An applicant wishes to change the amount of foreign exchange requested on their Form A application.
|
Process | Applicant logs into TRMS, pulls up the form and clicks on the Action button selects Amend from the dropdown
Applicant inputs reason for Amendment, updates all necessary information, attaches supporting documents and clicks on SUBMIT.

Note | The amendment request is limited to certain fields. Please see the list below.
The amendment process is only for forms that have been approved by the processing bank. For applications, changes can be made once the bank rejects it,
The Amendment request is subject to approval by the CBN TED when it is cancelled after the initial ADB approval.
The applicant must attach a reason for amendment as well as any other documents requested by the approving authority
The following fields can be amended for Form A;
Trade Category Transaction Purpose Travel Information Currency Amount requested Payment Mode Naira Account Number Processing bank branch
