Updating your TIN information from FIRS

Purpose

An applicant can update his/her Information from FIRS on the  TRMS PORTAL. 

Use-Case Scenarios

In the case where there has been some update on the applicants information and the update process has been concluded with FIRS and the changes effected on their organization details information , the applicant can pull the information to the TRMS with a click of a button.


Process

  1. Applicant logs into TRMS, Clicks on the profile icon, selects the profile.  This shows applicants profile information. 

 


  1.  Applicant  clicks on the Action button selects UPDATE FIRS INFORMATION from the dropdown as in figure below ;

 


  1. The system pulls the information from NIBSS and the update is done.

Notes

  1. The applicant can not update this information manually, the update has to be done on the FIRS platform before it can now be updated on the TRMS.
