Introducing the eValuator

What is the eValuator?

The eValuator is a tool deployed to reduce the  under-invoicing of export products.

How does it help my export business?

It will help ensure you receive a fair market value for your export product(s).

What do I need to do?

  1. Fill out your NXP declaration as normally done.

  2. When you select your HS Code, you will notice that some extra required fields will appear, please fill out those fields completely.

  3. You will also be required to fill out the following previously optional fields: Description of Goods, Net Weight and Gross Weight. Please see figure below; the 3 new fields are marked in RED.



What are these extra fields and how do I fill them?

  1. They provide more information about the HS Code selected.

  2. Simply fill all fields that are presented to you while making your declaration, please see figure below for an illustration of how the extra fields (Quantity, Weights and Cashew Kernel from in this specific example).
