Purpose | An application is approved by the Pre-Inspection Agent (PIA) to certify that inspection has been carried out and the input by the applicant/exporter is accurate

Use-Case Scenario | An application is approved by the PIA if it is deemed fit after inspection.

Process | User logs in as Pre-Inspection Agent (PIA) Pre-Inspection Agent (PIA) Reviewer Pulls up the form and confirms that inspection has been carried out. If the form is deemed fit by the reviewer, it is recommended for approval. Once the form is recommended for approval, the supervisor logs into TRMS, pulls up the form and clicks on the INPUT button (see FIgure 1). The supervisor clicks on “approve” the recommendation by the reviewer if it passes the requirement after further inspection and SUBMIT.(see FIgure 2)
